Married Too Long

Three women: one engaged, one married and one a mistress, are chatting over lunch and conversation turns to their relationships. They decided that night to surprise their men. All three would wear a black leather bra and thong, stiletto heels and a mask over their eyes.

A few days later they meet up for lunch.

“The Blogging Syndrome: What the girlfriend shouts, and what the boyfriend hears?”

TO BE HONEST, I just realised that sometimes, it can be reallllly uncomfortable to blog about something when you know that your boyfriend might be reading it! Are you nodding your head with me? Not that I want to talk about Dwayne Johnson or Hussein Ruffedge even though he knows I adore these two uhuh-uhuh-hot men]. Only that I have no idea on what he will think when/after reading this little site of mine. I don’t know whether he is judging me by the words I use [which I strongly claim are very innocent. Lalala]. Maybe he is laughing at my emotional expression? Who knows he’s thinking that the topics I brought up in this blog is similar to a little girl who is still sucking her lollipop and skipping around the kindergarten’s playground? Okay, first, he watches the House on Starworld; and I on the other hand, watch Gossipgirl. Second, he is excited to watch Batman ‘The Dark Knight’; and I on the other hand am excited to watch ‘What Happens in Vegas’. Third, he watches Detective Conan; and I watch Totally Spies. But one thing that makes me sound cooler than him. That is ‘I shower once a day, and he wastes water and shower twice a day’ :D Truly, I don’t really have to worry about what he thinks about blogging, cause he understands what I love to write and talk about. Eventhough he accuses me this everday: “Itupun mau announceeee”. Haha! He adores the life of tranquility and he loves to keep a low profile. The best and down to earth man I’ve ever loved and respected. But I love writing and I love it when people read my writing and they enjoy every single letter or number I type.

I BELIEVE, among the bloggers (or maybe you who are reading this), sometimes, it comes across our minds, that writing a journal about our daily routine can be an interesting blogging style to try out. Yet sometimes we think ‘where is the practicality of writing our daily routine other than highlighting what we are up to just for the sake of seeking for attention? Then comes in another thought, ‘why must we bother to people’s reaction after reading our blog’? Lastly I come into a conclusion, ‘I don’t care’.. Blogging is fun and no specific justification we should bother to stress on. I must say I just realized that writing is my new interest. Do blog. And blog. And hope we don’t stop.

And oh by the way. About the once a day shower thingy, I don’t think you should overthink too much about it. Because I am still a good girl and will still take shower twice a day. Plus, I have a friend who didn’t take shower for three days on row whatttt. Euw. I know.

It is still processing confusingly in my head. Why do lovers have to be charged extra payment toll in order to get a really true love? What is true love anyway. Scratch that! The love is true. But the happiness is never ever will be a true happiness and the happiness is never being true too. Even Romeo and Juliet lived Happily NEVER after. Or are we saying true love is Taj Mahal? True love is the love song we compose? Or true love is you jump, I jump. I thought when she was married to this guy, her true happiness that she has been waiting since she was a little kid is already achieved. But her marriage with her first husband ended yesterday. Plus the sad divorce occurred when she is 3-months-pregnant. I wonder why true happiness is too unachievable. Hence one word for all of us human to remember: “Anything can change”. I bolded it for you. I underlined it for you. And now I capitalized it for you. I mean it “ANYTHING CAN CHANGE”. And prayers is the most powerful tool.

ANYWAYS!

Sis Farah is in Kuching for the Rainforest Festival. Sis Nadia is studying in UiTM. And all of the sudden, I wonder, why the Paris Hilton haters still debating on who will purchase her latest perfume? Because the point is, she has managed to make her third Perfume. Even Gwen Stefani and Sarah Jessica Parker and Kylie Minogue and Barbie and David Beckham’s perfumes are standing on the same shop shelves as Paris Hilton. And all of them are targeting different target group, but positive sales is still there. Not forgetting, no matter how crazy the superstars use their publicities to attract buyers of their products, the branded and well known giant-brands in the worldwide market are still winning the top 10 favourite perfume, up till today. That is CK, Chanel and Dunhill. Not that I am a fan of Paris. But I guess the point of debating on who will purchase Can Can perfume will go no where. Alright! I have a radio programme to do. Toodles!

Oh damn! I hate it when I try freaking hard to impress people with my first paragraph. So let me just start the writing by saying anything which flies across my mind. First, of course HE is my favourite thing to talk about first. My LOVE came down to KK with his parents& I am glad to have a family dinner with his family and my family. The dinner at Atlantis was awesome (the dinner was the main highlight of his kk trip this time). But my exhaustion was too over the limit and dragging me madly to dreaming about a lovely comfortable pink bed with many pillows on a purplish lovely duvet. I enjoyed every single program with him. From picking him up from the Air Asia Terminal 2, to walking by the street from Promenade Hotel to the nearest shopping mall. Holding hands is my very favourite thing [Yes baby this is VERY important to announce..hehe].. I love him. 7.7.2008 was another sweet day [despite my papa&mama’s anniversary]!

But did I tell you my period week starts today? That chiefly means that my Pre-Menstrual Syndrome shit haunted me a week ago. My mood was extremely full-blast emotional and the typhoon of sensitivity has smashed me strongly and disturbed me annoyingly. Damn it. I’ve always forgotten to jot down the date of “PMS-week-coming” on my calendar. This jotting-down thing is pretty crucial for me to commit so that I will able to see the warning of “extra-patience-NEEDED PLEASE”. You know, the mood-swing week actually able to destroy some of my friendship flow, some of my relationship journey and what’s more? It can also horribly destroy my familyship castle. During this week of mood-swing, I’ve ALWAYS fail to control the situation around me. I consent the wobbly sucky moody angry cry baby emotions to dominate my surroundings powerfully, thus, I let de stupid and emotion-based decisions to monopoly every single thing/task I do. Not forgetting, during the week of mood-swing too, my words can kill thousands people, my face expression can portray the best cruella bitch face ever, my i-don’t-wanna-talk-to-you shit slaps people around me. THOUSANDS apologiez come out from me every time the PMS-week ends. Sometimes I am not able to fix the destructed friendship/relationship/familyship/faults after the hard girlie-thing-week. Fcuk huh?

Okay.

Today is simply about making the emcee-task quickly done and spending the very last precious time with my LOVE before he went back to his hometown (that is in Kuching). So this morning, I woke up early and got ready to become the emcee at an event held in Inanam. I had no idea of what to wear, but I wanted to look friendly, easy and lovely, yet not too corporate-woman looking. So I grabbed my bright pink spaghetti to pair it with my black formal pants. It worked! I looked extremely like what I’d wanted. BUT the long-sleeves jacket looked a little too informal for an event which involved Mayor as the guest of honour. So, I decided to wear my sister’s grey office-coat instead. And like what you have in your mind now, Yes, I did impress the crowd with my corporate-woman attire. Down. Anyways, the emceeing went well. I had a smooth emceeing journey when teaming up with Brother Ajim for the very first time. He was really GOOD and I was impressed with his talent to talk like a true and happening emcee. He knows how to make a lifeless atmosphere alive and he knows how to let the audience to not waiting for too long. And I was there as though I was his backup second voice [well..that shouldn’t happen at all and I will try to avoid such mistake again. Both emcees should dominate and blow the ceremony off together. Two are better than one donkey. Lalala.

After the event, I drove back to KK City. I called my LOVE and asked where he was, and he said he was at the Promenade Café. He asked me to join them lunch and I did. Parked my car at the basement and made my way to the Café. Aunt asked me to have the Buffet lunch but I ordered spaghetti and ice lemon tea instead. I wonder why my appetite wasn’t boosted by the choices of buffet at Promenade today. Usually the choices are amazing. Just not today. After the lunch, we went back to the room and ready to check out of the hotel. Two boxes, check! Two luggage, check! Hehehe. Called up the bellboy and giezz, he was helpful. Alrighty, I’d like to fast-forward the next thing happened after the checking out process because fyi, I hate bye-byes. I am supposed to have an event at Inanam again tonight but then..resting at home wins my heart more. Leave the work behind please?. Lol! See ya.

I am trying to keep my fingers away from typing serious stuff. I’ve been dealing with too many serious matters in the office until I forgot that I am still considered as a young 21-years-old ladyyy. So today, let me write my oh-dear-diary blog.

Last night I planned to wake up early, which is at 5am. But I ended up snoozing my unstoppable annoying alarm clock until 5.50am. I was supposed to re-organize all messed up mess in my room, tote and head! But again, I ended up searching “tafsiran mimpi” on Google. Idk which kindhearted angel of God who gave me this all of the sudden dream. Fyi, it has been a loooong time I have not had any weird dreams. Seriously. I know the oil price has increased. I know YAB Mahathir made a drastic action in UMNO and I know there are a group of scary people starting to hang out crazily at my neighbour’s house, but those things don’t bring a fat deal to me. I believe 100% my brain still can cope with such acceptable reality yet irrational current happenings occurred around me. But last night I dreamt some weird dream! I was struggling in a big deep blue ocean, swimming hard, trying to save my life by swimming towards a big titanic-alike ship! Owkayyyy. Let’s just give credit to the director or scriptwriter of my dream. What I know is, I saw myself swimming like a lazy-duck trying to avoid from suffocated by the rocking ocean. And I swear to God, I look so horrible swimming like that. Hahahahaha. Ya abc 123 @#$. Maybe God is sending a message or something, but I hope it really is a positive ones *fingers crossed and eyes blinking*.

My mom is doing prettier and busier. And I missed spending time with her. She called me yesterday for a movie, she is so cute, but then I had to be at KDCA and I couldn’t make it. Since today is a holidayyyy, after shopping, I sms-ed her to plan for dinner or something, she said yes, yet when I reached home, we both were sleepy and dinner cancelled.

Papa is doing kind and caring too. He’s been asking me whether my work is going well with me, and I answered “Extremely well. I love my job and the events”. I am sure he has some other plans for me, but I love DBKK. LOL. I sound so gay but it’s true. Papa got a laptop (and dayum, his new laptop is so wala-weyh smart kedeng deng deng!). Papa sent letters to DBKK about the rumah-setinggan at Sabah Ports and will bring the case to media if none action is taken. The enforcement starts to panicking. But I believe YBhg. Datin Jainab knows about this bettahhh so, yeah.

My sister Farah and Nadia are doing fine. I am happy for my little sister Nadia for her “P” driver’s license. Means it is a BIG SIN for me to call “P” drivers palui anymore. Hehehe! Congratulations darling, and I am sorry for scolding at you for being to galak, loklak, screaming and laughing at downstairs when mama was sleeping. You complimented my hair-do but I scolded at you instead. SOrryy..hehe. Nah, 0.20cent for you. Go buy ice cream.

I got a lovely bear MMS a few days back and it made me dancing and jumping all around the office, with a big large XXL mega fat smile on my face. Ngee!

I think I miss my blogger-friends, especially in Xanga.

Just to remind you again, a true friend listens and puts the judging court away from the endless conflicts. Undisturbed, unmoved by the raising dramatic shitt.

Yeah. Idk wassup wif de words but I mean it when I saw my picture with my two friends karaoke-ing till 1am in de morning. Big deal to know the truth. Big deal.

So today is the Kaamatan Festival. Being a moody me, I suddenly decided to rotate my a-whole-day-resting day to a hang-out-day with Zilla. I went to mall to get myself few stuffs that I’ve been wanting, no wait...scratch that, stuffs that I’ve been desperately wanting to buy. That so desperate, so called important, contemporary satisfaction stuff to buy was a pink and fancy looking container. I need the container because I am sick of rushing to the kitchen in the morning, with my car key and files falling on the floor, rushing to the cupboard and searching for an empty and CUTE container to take away my breakfast to office. Not that our kitchen is running out of containers, but most of the small and tiny containers are usually used to keep last night's leftovers. ANd what's left are those big and fat-sized containers to put 5 zirrafah and 3 elephants inside. I need to take awat something to eat in the office with Ruddey. I swear I wont have the time to go down and breakfast at the cafe [plus the office staffs are so rich with rumours and fabolous with hot CNN paparazis. Going out breakfast with a security guard is as though dating Nick Carter in 1999].

Done with the container shopping, [i shopped alone since Zilla had to attend her singing thingy at SESB]. I got myself hangers to hang my working clothes. So malas to iron baju every morning. Kelam kabut bah. Hehe. Got myself two pink ballpens, Glade Pink Passion car perfume, and toothbrush, but I forgot to buy eyeliner. [i feel like telling you as detailed as possible and i dont care if my entry is as long as Cecilia Ahern's novel at the MPH bookshelf].

It seems shopping is the highlight for today’s post and it is so obvious that I choose to think about the pain of taking out money from my baby-wallet, than screwing my head thinking about scary witches and alligators people in the office. Tommorow I’ll be cheerleading at the KDCA’s Unduk Ngadau beauty pageant with rm40 allounce and a blue Celcom’s T-Shirt with a “Unbeatable” text on my chest.

Too many things, too many stories, too many responsibilities and too many events at one damn time. And I am just a normal human being to fail facing these things perfectly. I am lucky I haven’t screwed myself up and things are still under control :) but I promise you, my feelings are totally like this !@#$%^&*()*&^%$# about trust, love and honesty. My brain? is just like ABC and 123.

a Fun way to learn ABC and 123.

Number one, I’d appreciate if any of you guys (male please? Female is accepted too), to give the best reason to me of why gaining true friends is a very long process to go through yet losing friends is a very easy shit to blow? Wait! My question is not done yet. And why, the spear that always destructs the friendship easily -a female and male friendship- is love. Love that builds, Love that spoils??? So, yeah. I give 20% credits to love :( sad!

I have tried my extreme best to portray the most emo shit out of me. hahaha!

Number two, I don’t enjoy the gossips happening around the office, but trust me, you just can’t runaway from the ugly rumours and stories going around from every corner of your office. Haha! And I totally don’t enjoy the art of sabotage that is going on around the building too. You know? you see them smiling, you see them laughing, you see them amused at a not-so-funny jokes. But at the end of the day, you will see the dissatisfaction spore that invisibly flying and surrounding the other staffs.

But don’t you worry, I enjoy my work so far and happy to have the lovely people around me. The responsibilities that I have so far are under control =) and I give you the permission to spank my ass if I play the role as the rumours-blower.

Number three, my life with friends was a very happily ever after. After work, we hang-out at Gracepoint and went to Egypt for a chill-out night [even me have no idea of what was I doing at the Egypt]. Haha! Blew a birthday surprise to Z. Life was full of laughters. Yeah.. come and smile to celebrate the happiness together with me. But I am not here to show my life is all perfect and full of rainbows and fairydusts. The happily ever after story is actually reaching to a happily never after story. Unexpected shit occurs among my other friends and I feel sorry for us. I hope we grow up to learn more things in friendship. I thought my trust was doing alright till I reached one point where the trust is destructed. But hey, even Cinderella’s nightmare ends with a happy ending. We can rebuild this. I love them. So come and pray for a sweet ending atleast =)

Work? Two thumbs up!

I ran from one event to another event. First time emcee for a visit from The Residen Samarahan went fine. I just have to make the PA system as my bestfriend whenever im on the stage. I just hate it when the microphone starts to rebel some hatred towards me. Lala....Rilex kau ging. Kaamatan Carnival at Lintasan Deasoka went very well and perfect if the weather was alright. The carnival on the first two nights went a little bit chaotic when it started to rain heavily, with great storms and strong wind. I was all wet in my Kebaya dress and ended up having a cough [for the second time this week]. I lost my voice again. It sounded horrible and is not similar to Ella rock-hot-voice at all. Dayumm. But i was happy to have Gerl, Udin, Awang there with me. Although just for a while and ..and..yeah.

Next, errr..as a Media and Publicity committee crew of the Kinabalu Photography Club (KPC ), I am now getting extra occupied with the club’s events and programmes. I am grateful to Tuan Syed, [who was in Tentera Laut DiRaja Malaysia before] who came all the way to my office and invited me to be part of the team. We got many positive responds from the public and individuals who want to join the Club and I just have no time to produce Media Release to the media. Luckily Gary is here with me =.= I will pass to you the blogsites of Kinabalu Photography Club so you can have a little bit of KPC background [which to be launched by 24th May 2008]. Arley. Had a meeting with him and Datuk KY for the KPC invitation to the party. He is such a lovely man!

With my sister. Yes! I dragged her to be in the KPC team too! gagaga! I had to wear this Kadazan traditional costume to the cocktail party..because...after the party, i had to rush to Kaamatan Carnival. Ohno. Did you just say that i look fat in de picture? Yess. mama says the same thang! rarrr rarrr rarrr!

He told me not to show my food but hery, wherelse can i hide? hahaha! thank you for inviting man!

The “Lest We Forget Run” event which happened at in front of KK City Hall office went well. So did the “Freedom of Entry” event which was held last month. It went extremely well and a little bit of errrrrk. I met one of my navy friends during the “Freedom of Entry”, and I was wondering where did his another navy-friend go? (which happened to be my friend too). And he didn’t want to answer my question. Then I was like, “is he jealous or something”? lalala. And yet then, he came back to me and said “you know the friend that you asked about just now? He has passed away. In a car accident..”........... Okay. I didn’t want to act stupid and screm “WHATTTT” to him. So, I reconfirmed with him for almost hundred times whether he was making a correct statement with a correct people involved or what-NO? And he said YES, and he was not joking. I was no, no, NO, NO.

The last few days before the Freedom of Entry, I received few smses from him asking how was I doing. But due to endless calls and endless schedule in my office, I ignored his sms. YES. IGNORED is the word = ( ohno. I felt bad. Then the next day after receiving his sms, I heard news about an accident which involved a navy. And..and..i didn’t know that it was him [because i forot his name]..oh Lord..So, I tried to call his mobile and the respond which I received was nothing but the stupid “Hello. You have reached the mailbox for zero, one, two, yada yada yada. Please leave your message after the tone. Beep.”. Rest In Peace my dear navy friend. May Allah be with you. If only I knew your sms came with a beautiful reason = / Anyway, let me show to you some of the pictures ive taken during the Freedom Of Entry.

Showbiz. Quick peek! It was so hard marching in that Kebaya and my heels went in and out of the muddy field!

Movie?

I watched LOVE [the Cinta movie of indonesian version] with mama and the girls. And watched Ironman with sisters, the friends and uding. Was supposed to watch Speedracer, but I ended up dinner at Gracepoint. Helped out Aya to promote BodyShop’s new product and I wonder how did I look in that make-up. I looked like one of the bapuk at Kampung Air that’s for sure. Gugu gaga!

AND, The Anti-Litterbug Campaign at the Padang Merdeka went well too. It had succesfully involved thousands of participations from the public. We had some aerobic held and Datuk Masidi looked so hot when exercising. wahaha! Mayor looked cute too. lalala. i have to be KK City Hall spokesperson at the Anti Litterbug Campaign Exhibition hut with Mary and Mrs. Noulin. The notes to read about the campaign was this damn THICK ||||||||||. And right after the campaign, i went to Papar to attend Kinabalu Photography Club outdoor shooting with the participants of Unduk Ngadau in Papar.

I didn’t get to see my sister at the Mayor’s Book Launching last week, because I had a meeting for the Hari pekerja day (well, that was the only chance to see me and my sister be at a same event) haha. The colourful Sabah Fest was absolutely fantastic. And I am extremely sure that Sabah has the most interesting and colourful culture in Malaysia. The event is totally vast and high five to Sabah Tourism Board. The minute I entered the red carpet, is the minute where I felt so PROUD to be a SABAHAN. I went there with Riney, Uding and Azeem jims jims. KPC was there to take pictures too. Here are some pixies i grabbed from my sis. See? I told ya im going to update good updates after an ages of silent dead no-body-home blog. hehe.

So, yeah. Enough about work. Oh and also on the 24 May, 2008 which is my Sweetheart’s birthday, KK City Hall is going to blow a belated Hari Pekerja Day, where it is expected to be attended by 2000 staffs and the family. I am in charged to blow games ala funfair at a blue camp. So, any idea of a fun funfair games???????? You better help me out before I chop myself on the chopping board. Haha.
